Movement practices are fuzed kundalini, hatha & Qigong & are inclusive for all bodies & experience levels. Detailed list of times and activities available at check-in. All meals are vegan, gluten and soy free - and really tasty (you can also get meat at The Cove). Cash bar is avail at dinner.
