Spring is time to prepare the field. In life, it is often true that seeds take root within long before growth can be seen or felt. This retreat is a powerful experience in all layers of being (physical, mental, energetic, wisdom and bliss) to intentionally manifest what we wish to grow.

8-9am Meditation – Pathway of Breath

9-10am Practice – "Prepare"
