Sisterhood Circle Retreat

Sisterhood Circle Retreat, Acorns Wild / Yoga Loft East West, Chapman, KS Sept 18th, Saturday: 1030am-6pm and Sept 19th, Sunday: 9am-3pm Open to Women (regardless of gender identity).  Registration is limited to 12.  Cost based on integrity tuition choice.

Experience: This  will be an experience among women that most of us have never had in  over 12 hours of group led activities designed to support women’s primal  need for sisterhood and connection.

One  participant from a similar circle in Guatemala said, “My heart stopped  hurting from all the sadness and my head stopped hurting from thinking  too much, and I could start thinking clearly again, and do what I needed  to do."

Space:  Yoga  Loft is an addition to Yoga Shala East West, situated amidst hundreds  of acres of Flint Hills beauty in a hayloft of a stone barn built in the  late 1800s.  The loft is an actual hayloft, and though it has been  thoroughly cleaned and is empty of hay, if you have allergies - please  consider this.

Entrance/Exit and Bathrooms: Getting into and out of the hayloft requires a 9 ft ladder (support & stability ropes available). Indoor bathrooms are available to use in the main 1960s Franklyn Lloyd Wright inspired home on site.

Property: Acorns  Wild is called "the Frontier of the Flint Hills" and home to 53 elk, 2  cats, countless deer, birds & more wildlife. This retreat will be  the first official event for these elk (elk tours begin in 2022).

Retreat Leader: Charmion  Harris (E-RYT 500/Sept 2021) has taught yoga since 2010, has led 600  hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings and many local and international  retreats, countless events and is professionally trained in Kundalini.  This retreat is owing to her many volunteer travels to Guatemala, where  women’s circles and activities included in this retreat are widely  available to those who wish to travel far into the highlands.

Participants: This  retreat is a space for all women, regardless of age, background,  religion, political affiliation, culture or appearance. We are  individually glorious beings. Collectively we are beyond thought.

Food and Drink Included:

All food provided is free of gluten, dairy* and soy (some ghee is used):     2 Light Lunches - Red Lentil Soup and Bliss Balls     1 Light Dinner - Vegan Tamales or similar     Loose Leaf Tea Bar (all day)     Golden Milk Elixir (afternoons)     Water refills (throughout)

NOT Included in Registration: Breakfast, other snacks, sides, other drinks. Bring your own cooler and ice for your items that need chilled. Lodging (limited lodging inside the main house is available for additional cost)

Overnight Options: It  is HIGHLY recommended to stay overnight on property for the most long  lasting benefit from this retreat. Of course, this is entirely up to  you.

• Tenting  on-site is free/bring your own tent (wake up to the full moon, birds  singing and elk bugling), free to use indoor bathrooms/showers.
• Lodging  available on site includes 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed) in a shared house.  Single occupancy $100 (you and a friend can share for this price as  well).
• Lunar walk of up to 4 miles is offered to those spending the night.
• Feel free to bring any wine, beer or other items you might like for evening conversations under the stars
