About the event
The Guru is You is a life-changing self-development program. Become your own greatest human teacher for life through learning and putting to use yogic philosophy, science and practices that emphasize awareness, accessibility, inclusivity, the Nervous/Endocrine/Musculoskeletal Systems, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, Yin, Nidra, Self-Study and Self-Discovery, Functional & Somatic Movement, Ayurveda & the Chakras. This program is open to all, regardless of physical condition or yoga experience. This is a yoga alliance registered school. If you wish to become a yoga teacher, after graduation you will be eligible to register yourself as meeting the criteria for a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Lead Teacher is Charmion Harris, E-500 RYT, with 16 years teaching experience. She is also a Mom, wife, Army veteran, world traveler, business professional, farmer/rancher, and writer.
